Dynamic sorting fields such as name, date of birth, sex, and more helps you to find or group the specific reptile(s) that you’re looking for quickly and easily. This saves your valuable time by not having to look through each of your records one by one, you can search for only certain criteria.
Archiving your reptiles allows you to remove them from most functions and views within the app while keeping their data at the same time. You can use it to hide sold or deceased animals. You can also delete records permanently if you’d prefer.

Food For All, All For Food
Got a lot of mouths to feed? No problem! ReptiWare has a bulk feeding feature that can add feeding events for hundreds, even thousands, of reptiles in a flash! Simply select the reptiles you would like fed by either manually checking off the corresponding checkboxes or by performing an algorithmic filter (see below). Then choose what kind of food is to be fed to all selected reptiles or you can choose to feed the individual reptiles default food (setup in the reptiles’ food options).

If you are still receiving the error message “VCRUNTIME140.dll is Missing” then the next step is to download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 or Later. Once installed restart your computer and relaunch ReptiWare Husbandry. If any issues continue to persist, please contact customer support.

You can install ReptiWare Husbandry using your license key on up to three devices for a single user. For example, you can install on a desktop and a laptop or at home and at work.
If your computer crashes beyond repair or you get a new machine, you can reinstall the product you purchased, as long as you don’t have the program installed on more than three devices at a time. If you use up all three license activations, you can request to deactivate a device and move your license over to a new device. Simply open up a support ticket to request a device deactivation.
Yes of course! There is a 30-day free trial. Billing information is collected when you sign up but is not processed until after your 30-day trial is over. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the trial ends no payment will be processed.
Yes, we do have a version for MAC OSX, however, it is still in the development stages and requires some additional coding to function as well as its counterpart for Windows. We will keep everyone posted about the progress of the MAC version through our newsletter.
Times can be tough and we can really understand that, when an account goes outstanding you will not be punished by receiving harassing emails, or annoying late fees, all that will happen is the software running on your computer will go into a ‘read-only’ state until payment is received. This means you will still have access to view your data but will not be able to add,edit,delete or use many of the built in features.
If your payment cannot be process on its due date you will receive a email to let you know that the payment did not go through and you can contact us by opening a support ticket if you need further assistance.

An internet connection is required to activate your license and may be required for some features to work properly, however, the software will work offline for most user actions such as adding, editing and removing records.
