Preferences > Tasks

Task options reflect within the Tasks module. Tasks are useful ways to allow you or your staff be more productive and know what needs to be done and by what deadline.

Available Options

  • Custom Fields – There are 3 custom fields available for use in the storage module. As in other modules we have included these just in case you have a specific item you wish to record which has not already been covered. Here you can enter the label text for each of those fields.
  • Start Date – If you want the task to start from the date it was created enable this checkbox.

  • Current User – If you want the person entering the task to also be the person responsible for taking charge of the task then enable this checkbox.

  • Priority – Set the default priority for all tasks (Low , Medium or High).
